1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RIRCO website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

RIRCO produces organic, plant-based remedies for general wellness. Our products are dietary supplements and traditional herbal preparations. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before using any herbal products, especially if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have a medical condition
• Are taking prescription medications
• Are under 18 years of age

4. Orders and Payment

We accept payment via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money) and bank transfer. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Prices are listed in Central African CFA Francs (FCFA).

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Cameroon and to select African countries. Delivery times vary by location. Shipping costs will be communicated before order confirmation.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

RIRCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yaoundé, Cameroon.
